You can return your online purchase with our mailing service.
This procedure only applies to online purchases made on www.bikinivillage.com.
The returned or exchanged merchandise must meet the terms, conditions and eligibility below.
A fee of $15.00 plus applicable taxes will be deducted from your refund when you return by mail with the prepaid return label.
If the value of your return is less than the cost of the return label, no refund will be issued. For lower-value returns, we recommend visiting one of our stores. Find a store near you.
If your order was shipped in multiple packages, the returned items must be associated with their initial return label. If you wish to return items from several different packages, these items should not be returned together.
Procedure
- Prepare your return request by downloading the return form.
- Follow the instructions and complete all sections of the return form.
- Use the shipping label provided in your package.
- Prepare your package and include all products to be returned while respecting the product conditions and the return form.
- Attach the return label, making sure the barcode is visible.
- Ship your package by dropping it off at a Canada Post mailbox or at any Canada Post location.
- If the items you wish to return come from different packages, repeat the above steps for each package.
- Upon receipt of your return at our return center, please allow up to 10 business days to receive your refund.
If the procedure is not respected or elements are missing, the return may not be processed and the merchandise will be returned at the customer's expense.
Conditions and eligibility for returns by mail:
Product Condition: Bikini Village reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange of merchandise that does not meet one of the following conditions: If the item has been worn, misused, altered, soiled, washed or damaged in any way. Price tags must still be attached and the sanitary protection must not have been removed. No returns, exchanges or refunds.
Promotion: Please note that returning items purchased during a promotion may void the terms of that offer. In this case, the value of the returned item and other items included in the promotion will be recalculated according to the new sale terms. No returns, exchanges or refunds for cosmetic products and jewelry.
REFUNDS: You will get a refund according to the original payment method. If the original payment method cannot be provided, the refund will be done on a gift-card.
